1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Fruitfulujah, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description

Fruitfulujah provides Virtual Top-Up (VTU) services for data, airtime, and utility bill payments in Nigeria.

3. User Accounts & Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and Transaction PINs (TPIN). We employ aggressive Sybil-defense mechanisms and reserve the right to ban or purge accounts found exploiting our referral systems.

4. Financial Transactions

All amounts on our platform are processed in Kobo (integer logic). We prioritize financial integrity and utilize atomic database transactions to ensure zero double-spending.
